This analgesic, antispasmodic and relaxing roll-on synergy is designed for people with menstrual cycles who suffer from PMS, menstrual cramps and scanty menstrual flow.

At the core of this blend are two aromatic herbs, Marjoram and Clary Sage. Warming, sedative and analgesic, Marjoram has an antispasmodic effect on the uterine muscle and is coined by aromatherapist Patricia Davis as one of the best essential oils to ease menstrual cramps. Clary Sage helps release menstrual flow and congestion at the beginning of the period, bringing a wonderful hormone-balancing action that can be beneficial to those experiencing irregular cycles and/or perimenopause. We also include in this blend a beautiful synergist, Lavender. Sedative, anti-depressant and hypotensive, Lavender is of great support during menstruation, helping to balance the fluctuating moods of PMS and to release pain, tension and scanty menses. The blend is enhanced with the Queen of the Flowers (Rose) and rounded with the Flower of the Flowers (Ylang Ylang). Rose is a uterine tonic, cycle regulator and soothing to the raw emotions of PMS (irritability, sadness, depression). Ylang Ylang, which contains salicylic and valeric acids, grounds the blend with analgesic and sedative properties, and a touch of sweetness. Delicate organic Jojoba oil, which blends seamlessly with your own sebum, is the carrier of choice in this roll-on.
