This traditional variation on sauerkraut is deliciously crunchy with a sharp flavour that goes well in sandwiches or with roasted meats and bean stews. If you like cumin, slightly pungent and earthy notes, this is your treat!
Ingredients: turnip*, rutabaga*, sea salt, cumin*.
Made with local rutabaga from organic growers Sarah’s Harvest and local turnips from organic growers Elemental Farm.
