Fusion between sauerkraut and kimchi, our Kraut-chi is lighter than our traditional kimchi, and it truly meets the expectation of bold spicyness. Try this kraut-chi with fried rice, sandwiches or soups.

Ingredients: cabbage*, daikon*, carrot*, garlic*, scallion*, gochugaru, ginger*, sesame*, sea salt, seaweed.
