Traditional topping for Salvadoran pupusas, this spicy-ish cabbage & carrot kraut is great on tacos, chili, eggs and salads. A true bite of summer 🙂

Ingredients: green cabbage*, carrot*, sea salt, oregano*, chili*.


Note: Our fermented krauts are preserved raw and need to be kept refrigerated. They are only available for local purchase and pick up in Whitehorse, Yukon.
